Quick: what's one major problem in your life that if you solved it, you'd be a lot happier?
It's not the only response, but let's take one of the most common: money.
You're sick of the anxiety associated with barely being able to hold things together. Instead of resting at night you're doing mental calculations to make sure you can make it to the end of the month. You're the family’s provider, and it's eating away at you that you can't provide for them better.
Now think:
What would my life look like if I didn't have this problem anymore?
How about, for starters, being able to get to sleep at night without bearing the weight of the world? Or not having to deny yourself or your family innocent pleasures because you're understandably concerned about your limited budget? Or feeling like you’re living to work, and life is passing you by?
Imagine being free from all that.
Another one: health. Maybe you could stand to take off some pounds, but the problem seems insurmountable and you have no inspiration.
Now, back to our little exercise: what would your life look like if you finally took this problem head on? Imagine looking and feeling great, no longer being embarrassed to go to the beach, maybe even turning some heads.
Inconceivable now, no doubt. But doable? No question.
Or maybe it saddens you how little time you're able to spend with your kids because you feel buried under so many other obligations.
How would you feel as a mother or father, and indeed as a woman or a man, if you were able to solve that problem?

I’m living proof that it is.
Other than that last one, I can honestly say that I have suffered from all the problems I just listed. A couple of them, in fact, sent me into a deep and profound despair. I'm happy to say that I no longer suffer from any of them. I have met and exceeded all my goals.

Maybe you want to train to run a marathon, or you'd like to play the piano, or earn 15% more income, or teach yourself a new skill, or declutter your house so you can enjoy more peace – whatever it is, it's something.
But much as you'd like to accomplish it, for some reason it never gets done. You're too busy, you lack the ambition, nobody is supporting you – the potential list of reasons is endless.
And if you're like me, you'd consider it laughable to bother with personal development books or programs, because you know 95% of them are useless fluff and a waste of your time.
Well, I'm the mortal enemy of fluff.
My method for setting and reaching my goals, and building a fulfilled life for myself, has nothing to do with meditating for 15 minutes a day, or having a green smoothie when I wake up, or any of that stuff.
I have a very specific method for developing, executing, and remaining faithful to a mind map that leads me to my goals.
For example:
I spoke at Ron Paul’s Rally for the Republic in Minneapolis. C-SPAN aired it. I looked like a balloon. To put it kindly: I was not the kind of guy you’d think would go to the gym a whole lot.
Things stayed that way for years, until in 2019 I finally started going to the gym.
Then in 2023 I told myself I would go to the gym, and train with a personal trainer, every single weekday I was home and not traveling.
Let me add: research shows that 73 percent of people who set fitness goals fail to reach their targets.
Well, it’s now November 2024, and I haven’t betrayed that promise to myself by a single day.
Wouldn’t that be nice? Setting an ambitious goal like that and not getting sidetracked or diverted?
In my case it’s not mere happenstance or luck. I use the same method every year, and it never fails me.
I want you to use my system, too, because it flat-out works.
The result: every year you can surprise yourself with the areas of your life that you dramatically improve.
I’ve watched a dear friend (I won’t disclose his name) with unimpeachable intentions get nowhere year after year and it suddenly hit me: not everyone does what I do. I should share it.
And the proof that it works, dear reader, is in the pudding.
In 2022 I launched a seven-figure business while at the same time increasing my fitness regimen, instead of using the work on the business as an excuse to skip the gym (as I would surely have done in the past).
But let’s jump ahead to 2023. (The year 2024 hasn't quite ended yet, so let's look at what I did in the most recent full year.)

Before all those things were accomplished, they were first goals in my mind. Fairly ambitious ones, I think it’s fair to say. And once I set them, I deployed my system for seeing them through to completion.
Other people will joke on January 2nd about eating a donut instead of going to the gym. "So much for my resolutions!"
You, on the other hand, will be focused like a laser beam on those things that will make your life more prosperous and fulfilling, and your family's lives more comfortable.
These things will happen for you not by luck or at random but through my method, carried out at the very beginning of the year.
You will have a Mission, and no one will be able to distract you from it.
I have a fresh set of goals for 2025.

What you will learn isn’t a series of useless platitudes. I hate platitudes, which is why most self-help and personal development courses and books are perfectly useless.
